Follows standard procedures as required by recipe Prepares, mixes and stocks fondant/gum paste Produces good quality sugar cookies, cake pops and other desserts Produces good quality 3D and 2D sugar art toppers Responsible in cake detailing depending on cake sketch/ client’s reference picture Covers cakes using fondant or buttercream With knowledge in basic numerical computation and safety sanitation standards Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Required Skill(s): Fondant, 3D and 2D Sugar Art, Baking Cakes, Bread and Pastry At least 1/2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent. Other baking requirements as per the management Track food supplies and place orders, as needed Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries Mix various ingredients to create fillings Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking Prepare for a new research and development project Certification from a culinary school is a plus Flexibility to work in early morning shifts Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough Experience in the related field is an advantage
Candidate must possess at least a vocational Diploma/Short course Certificate, Food and Beverage Service Management or Equivalent, college level. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements *trust account statement reconciliations, *revenue and expenditure variance analysis Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
